For 10 years, Heriberto "Beto" Esquivel was the master craftsmen and shop foreman for Buddy Rhodes Studio's pre-cast business. Currently, he is the lead instructor for Buddy Rhodes Concrete Products Training Program and the owner of his own company, Concrete Concepts and Design (CCD).

CCD was opened in 2004 to carry on fabrication of Buddy Rhodes style concrete projects as Buddy Rhodes Concrete Mix company was developing. Former BRS employees are involved in all phases of operations from management and design development to manufacturing, installation, and maintenance. CCD also prides itself on continuing the Buddy Rhodes tradition of offering top of the line customer service.
