This product is used to fill the voids and holes in small concrete objects. Create a slurry by mixing with water to a thick toothpaste consistency. Apply to your finished piece to fill in holes as you would grout on a tile floor. You can wipe clean, or let dry and polish away.
Considerations
- The paste will tint the area where it is applied, even if you wipe it off, something you may not notice until sealing. This can be polished off, or you can rub the entire piece with paste and clean it away for even tinting
- Save some of the pigment that you used in the cast object in order to tint the Bone Paste Plus to the same tone as the finished piece.
- As the Paste ages after placement, the strength also increases. For the best shine after polishing 24 hours should be given for the paste to cure before polishing.
